Nowadays,the scientific and technological level in China is constantly upgrading,which stimulates the domestic technical service-oriented enterprises develop very quickly.The technical service-oriented enterprises are so different from the past general enterprises,not only their technical control is much higher than the ordinary enterprises,but also the organizational structure,such as employee characteristics,form,internal and external competitive environment,etc.The new requirements are put forward on the human resource management of technical service-oriented enterprises.The occupation and the successful application of continuous developing new knowledge and technology as important support for the technical service-oriented enterprises in the market competition.Looking for the most effective way of creating,disseminating and using knowledge is the most important thing for human resource management of technical service-oriented enterprises,and the only solution is to attract and manage high-tech,highly educated personnel.Good human resource management of this type employees,particularly in performance management,can help companies continue to move forward.At present,the researches of employee's well-being are mainly focused on the definition of the dimensions of employee's well-being,and how to measure the well-being of people objectively and accurately.The research on work performance is also focused on the definition,the measurement and the improvement.There are few studies on the work performance based on employee's well-being,and the results are few.F company is a typical technical service-oriented enterprise,major in certification,training services and value-added consulting as the added two wings.This research is focus on F company's employees,organising a questionnaire of employee's well-being and work performance level to obtain research data,and then dealing with these data with statistical methods.Final data obtained is the actual level of employee's well-being and work performance,to do the research of work performance based on employee's well-being.This research was to study F company's employee's work performance based on employee's well-being,analysis the relationship between them,make recommendations to enhance the work performance based on employee's well-being.Due to limited internal and external environmental factors,this may not be able to match the actual enterprise situation.However,it is expected to help F company's human resource management to improve employee's work performance,so as to stimulate and mobilize employees,help the enterprise maintain long-lasting competitiveness in the market competition.
