The rapid development of modern science and technology make the earth of the 21st century to a freedom market having no national boundaries.This is a new century of diversity.Going with the rapid change of labour market at home and abroad,the development of market ecnomy take on a tendency of diversity in our country , so members of staff have more characteristic of diversity.More and more people pursuing peculiarity and individuality and different people having different kinds and levels pursuits in life,career,personal development and so on,all of these make the management of enterprises more hard.If the human resource management having strategic meanings want to adapt the developmental tendency of diversity,therefore, companies must adjust in time and even reorientate themselves in order to make them get competitive advantage.Obviously,exploring the new mode of human resource management under diversified employees has become an urgent subject.In this paper ,by researching the feature of labour's diversity in staff and understanding the cultural psychology,needs psychology and value orientation,the author want to explore the style and mode of human resource management under the situation of labour's diversity which suitable china's realities in order to improve competitive advantage in staff and boost up their attraction according to the reform process and development tendency of chinese economy in accordance with the current situation of diversity in labour market.In addition,this paper analyzes the current situation of employees'diversity through exploratory investigation and sample survey at Wuhan , which is an important city in"the rise of central China"process,in order to find the problems and solve them.This paper provides effective basic data through more variable statistical analysis,factor analysis,reliability analysis and correlation analysis for promoting management efficiency in staff,moreover, through emphasizing the vital role of employees'diversity in business administration to administrators will be contributed to make companies at Wuhan more regard highly and esteem the current situation of employees'diversity, and seek for enterprises development based on standing for stabilization of staff.
