| The construction of our country’s social development and the national economy are greatly impacted by state-owned enterprises.In today’s fiercely competitive market,talent rivalry has become the nucleus of corporate rivalry.Construction enterprises are particularly reliant on professional and technical specialists as their key talent assets.W State-owned enterprises is traditional construction enterprises,which focus on concentrated in construction and construction management.The management methods of human resources are relatively backward,and the incentive funds of professional and technical specialists have less incentive funds,which cannot meet the needs of the company’s long-term development.In order to allow the company to gain advantages in the fierce market competition and control the loss of talents in the enterprise,especially the loss of professional and technical specialists,W state-owned enterprises must optimize the incentive mechanism of professional and technical talents,improve the scientization of human resource management,and prevent the loss of talents from loss of talents.And its negative impact.This article aims to optimize the incentive system of professional and technical employees.This paper is based on the idea of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Combining the actual development of W state-owned enterprises,through the literature analysis method,define the relevant concepts of professional and technical specialist,the theory of bilateral factors,and analyze the current status and existing problems of the professional and technical talent incentive mechanism of W State-Enterprise Enterprises with the theoretical basis.Through interviews with professional and technical specialist in W state-owned enterprises,find the content of the incentive needs of professional and technical talents in W State-owned enterprises,thereby designing an incentive mechanism that is suitable for the actual development needs of the enterprise.This study takes w State-owned Enterprise,a construction enterprise,as the research object,combines professional and technical specialists,two-factor theory and incentive system,takes the incentive demand of professional and technical talents as the guidance,explores an effective incentive mechanism,improves the working enthusiasm of professional and technical specialists,enhances the talent competitiveness of enterprises,and forms a development community between professional and technical talents and enterprises.Promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.It is hoped to play a certain reference role for enterprises with similar problems. |
