Due to changes in the formation of a buyer's market and consumer attitudes,the quality of products and services as the carrier and the key factors of enterprise competitiveness is increasingly widely recognized.Practice shows that the enterprise wants to provide high quality products or technical services to remain competitive in the competition.Quality management,as a branch of management science,has the universality and particularity.In this paper,the quality management,quality management system,the concept of leaders and related theories are studied by using the literature analysis method.Through the online literature platform such as China Zhiwang,Baidu Library,Wanfang data Source and so on,the search is carried out with the keywords of quality management,quality management system,leader,leader's role,leadership,etc.Find books,periodicals,papers,etc.,related to quality management and leadership,etc.Taking X enterprise's quality management as a case study,the paper analyzes the relationship between the organization structure and quality management system of X enterprise.This paper analyzes and clarifies the objectives of X enterprise's quality management planning,implementation,performance evaluation and improvement as well as the role of leaders and the existing problems.In planning quality management,leaders identify and judge the risks and opportunities that need to be faced according to the company's own development,internal operating conditions,external market environment,and the needs and visions of associated organizations and enterprises.The aim is to improve the system by controlling risks and utilizing opportunities,enhancing the technical service and management ability of the company,and providing satisfactory products and services to customers and other interested parties.The implementation process of quality management is the implementation process of quality planning,that is,on the basis of quality objectives and risk analysis,leaders coordinate the management of human resources,equipment and facilities,knowledge of the company,etc.Promotion of products and services to meet the needs of the parties concerned.Performance evaluation phase is the quality of the implementation phase of the transfer of resources,production and business processes to promote the performance evaluation of the process.Leaders regularly analyze customer satisfaction and achievement of related goals to judge the quality management of the enterprise and prepare for further improvement.In the improvement phase of quality management,leaders are required to satisfy and enhance customer satisfaction.Identify business opportunities and take necessary improvement measures to achieve quality management objectives.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategies to improve the quality management of X enterprise.
