Study On Foundation Constructing Of Product Quality Management In REF Company

With the rapid development of global economic integration, international and domestic market competition further intensified, and the quality as an effective weapon to capture the market increasingly becomes the focus of market competition. In this macro situation, the competition of the modern enterprise has evolved to be the product quality competition. Strengthening the management of product quality is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and product quality management platform construction is the foundation job of the enterprise product quality management.This thesis is based on total quality management theory and organizational structure theoretical, analyzing the status quo of REF company product quality management and problems combining theory with practice. Through data analysis and practical survey, now the most important problem in REF company products quality management is the lack of a complete product quality management platform; and then research into three aspects of the construction of REF company product quality management platform:quality management organizational structure, product quality management standards, and human resource configuration. Finally, to ensure the effective implementation of the design in REF company product quality management platform, this thesis from the following three main areas to explore:the scheme implementation steps, difficulties and solutions, application assessment and improvement.This thesis shows that regarding product quality management organizational structure construction, REF company focus on the quality management department getting out of the jurisdiction of the production director and adding quality outsourcing group to quality management department. For the product quality management standard system, it shall pay attention to the establishment of product quality standard information system and company product model management system and attracting quality management personnel in human resource allocation of product quality management to improve the quality of the quality management work.Through the analysis on building REF company product quality management platform, this thesis is to lay the basis of product quality management, improve the company’s current product quality management situation, ensure the gradual improvement of product quality, meet customer requirements, improve the company image, enhance the company’s competitive force to promote the sustainable development of the company, provide scientific guidance for the company at this stage of product quality management and decision-making basis, provide the foundation with a more advanced level in product quality management in the further.
