With the rapid development of the world economy,the performance of enterprises are affected by more complex and diverse factors.The goals of enterprises are not limited within economic indicators.Particularly,effective organizational management is playing an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.While pursuing economic growth,caring and training the staff with the concept of people oriented should be highlighted as well.This might be a indispensable way and new driver for modern enterprises' success.Mindfulness originated in the east Buddhism is a special kind of phycological experience.It's referred to a receptive attention to and awareness of present events and experience.Studies show that mindfulness training can effectively improve the recovery rate of patients physically and psychologically in clinical treatment.Moreover,at the level of mental health,mindfulness also has a significant effect on individual dignity and happiness.However,the current research on mindfulness is limited.Most of the mature studies are in the fields of medicine,psychology etc.and more advanced in foreign countries.Studies show that mindfulness training is not only effective in clinical psychotherapy,but also has a significant effect on individuals.At present,there are few researches on mindfulness in the field of organizational management in China,and the influence mechanism of employees' mindfulness in the organization has not been determined.Mindfulness in the organization and management,in fact,in the field of theoretical research and practical application is now being paid close attention to by foreign scholars,the staffs mindfulness level has also been verification plays an important role in organization and management,but still has not formed systemic complete theoretical system.This article set the research within the scope of the domestic enterprises and organizations.It uses mindfulness,work engagement,well-being and work performance as the main research variables,hypothesized according to relevant theory,to explore the influence of mindfulness on well-being and work performance,which enriches the study of mindfulness in the workplace.At the same time,an innovative exploration of the mediating role of work engagement within the impact of the influence mechanism of mindfulness is carried out.This article builds a model of mindfulness,work engagement,well-being and work performance according to the domestic and foreign research results.Based on the sample of 242 employees in the organization,this paper discusses the influence of mindfulness on employee's well-being and performance and the mediating role of work engagement.Using SPSS 17.0 as statistical analysis software to deal with the data collected through the questionnaire,and carry correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the effect.The empirical results show that mindfulness is positively correlated with work engagement,well being and work performance.The work input has an incomplete mediating effect on the influence mechanism of well being and work performance.This paper explores the transmission mechanism of mindfulness between employee's performance and well-being,and provides a new way for enterprises to further improving employee's performance and well-being.The influence of mindfulness on well-being and performance is discussed and the mediating effect of work engagement in this mechanism is verified.Results showed that mindfulness at work is positively related with employee's well-being and performance.Through the empirical research,we verified the important role of mindfulness on employees' ultimate performance and well-being.We can come to the conclusion that the managers not only should pay attention to improving the level of employees'mindfulness,but also the work engagement of employees.It's suggested that appropriate and professional mindfulness training should be provided for the staff as a way to enhance their work engagement,and increase the employees' work performance and well-being.This is sure to boost employees' well-being and performance,realize win-win situation of individuals and organizations,and make the enterprise healthy and benign development.From the perspective of organization and management,this paper explore the impact mechanism of mindfulness,which enriches the theory of mindfulness,and provides the theoretical basis for enterprises to improve employees' work engagement,improve employees' well-being and performance.In short,the discussion of the influence mechanism of mindfulness has important guiding significance for the practice of organization management.
