Since the 1990 s,the internal and external environments faced by enterprises have become increasingly severe.There are a large number of unpredictable uncertainties in enterprise management.The importance of supply chain management in business management has become increasingly prominent,and its complexity has been valued.Supply chain management has received increasing attention.More and more enterprise managers and scientific researchers are gradually engaged in supply chain management.They use different subject knowledge and research perspectives to conduct research.In order to better study the supply chain management,it is necessary to analyze the existing scattered,non-structural literature data and sort out the existing research context.This paper adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,using knowledge visualization tools to tap the potential information in the text data of supply chain management research literature,so that the results can be clearly demonstrated,and better analyze and solve problems.Specific methods include knowledge maps,social network analysis,overlay cluster analysis,association rules analysis,and word matrix.This paper visualizes the hotspots of supply chain management from three levels and analyzes hot topics and hot topics.At the macro level,the granularity of “subject category” is selected,and the research on the distribution of sub-disciplines,the major disciplines,the diversity of disciplines,and the linkages between key disciplines are explored;at the meso level,the granularity of “source journals” is selected.,we have studied the distribution of carriers,the main carriers,the diversity of journals,and the status of sub-disciplines in key journals of past research;at the micro level,we selected the “author keyword” granularity,introduced the basis and method for topicidentification,and proposed The premise of the topic research assumes that the research hot topics are classified and classified,and the relationships between hot topics are discussed.Through the interpretation of the results,the following conclusions are drawn:The study of supply chain management has some cross-disciplinarity and interdisciplinarity in the distribution of disciplines.At the same time,the distribution of papers in various fields shows a power-rate distribution,reflecting the imbalance.The focus of supply chain management research on existing literature is mainly concentrated on economic management,environment,engineering,mathematics,computers,materials science,medicine and other fields.The distribution of papers in different journals obeys the power rate distribution,and the distribution of the papers in the journals is uneven.The magazines related to production and operation management,journals related to computers and mathematics,and journals related to industrial engineering are the main sources of supply chain management research papers.Among the many keywords,the hot topics include inventory management,simulation,RFID,inventory,sustainability,game theory,and case studies.Cluster analysis was used to classify hot topics and form seven clusters in combination with keyword semantics: reverse logistics,risk and uncertainty,inventory management,production planning and delivery,performance and operations management,supplier selection and management Green supply chain.Then,a topic-relationship network is constructed based on an adjacency matrix to determine the relationship between hot topics.In a network with a scale of 100,the network density reached 0.74,indicating that the topics are more closely related.In the entire network,the nodes with a central degree of more than 50 degrees have logistics,case studies,simulation,optimization,inventory management,sustainability,reverse logistics,supplier selection,inventory,risk management,performance,closed-loop supply chain,information sharing,Genetic algorithms,these themes are the most important among the many hot topics in the current supply chain management,and they are in the center of the whole hotspot.Finally,a topic-relationship network is constructed by a co-word matrix and a multi-valued matrix,and a complex network is simplified to analyze the closeness ofsome hot topics.Overall,the link between the hot topics of supply chain management research is weak,and the most closely related main relationship relationships are pricing game theory,remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain,closed-loop supply chain reverse logistics,remanufacturing reverse logistics,inventory production,The supplier chooses analytic hierarchy process,simulation bullwhip effect,supplier selection network analysis method,simulation information system,simulation system dynamics.In addition,remanufacturing-reverse logistics-closed-loop supply chain,logistics-inventory-simulation,simulation-inventory management-radio frequency identification constitute a typical three-way relationship between the rings;simulation,supplier selection,inventory,inventory management,logistics,and radio frequency identification are The more important bridges,these themes play the role of communicating other topics and building a network of relationships.They are the top priority of supply chain management research.
