With the development of economic globalization, Supply Chain has become the subject of market competition, Supply Chain Knowledge is the most important strategic resources, to maximize access and use knowledge is the key to the competitiveness of the supply chain and economic efficiency improvement. Similarly, knowledge is the basic element and important resource which embedded in social networks, and therefore, the paper choose Social Network Analysis (SNA) as the main research method, intended to analyze the mechanism of knowledge sharing in Supply Chain. In recent years, the shipping area is developing slowly, the economic crisis led to a decline in supply is a main reason, shipping oversupply phenomenon obviously. How should the port supply chain collaborate to maintain the volume of the cargo? Based on this market background, the paper selected port supply chain as an instance of an object, it is intended to provide the constructive suggestions for port supply chain through the analysis of the example, as well as makes the article more realistic.Firstly, in order to solve the problems which include port supply chain management’s imperfection, knowledge sharing’s insufficiency and the lack of knowledge absorption and innovation efficiency, this thesis fully integrated the two theories of supply chain management and knowledge management, combining social network analysis methods into the supply chain knowledge sharing systems, provided feasibility and a theoretical basis for this thesis. Then it was constructed an evaluation system for the supply chain knowledge sharing, and using the evaluation system for instance network analysis and evaluation. The evaluation system is evaluated in two ways for knowledge sharing, One hand is the layer of network structure, using the social network analysis to structure the knowledge sharing network model of the examples, as well as construct the evaluation index for the network architecture evaluation of the knowledge sharing networks. By using the analysis of density, centrality, factions and structural hole theory in social network analysis, applying it to analyze the knowledge sharing network innovatively to study the closely of networks, knowledge center, knowledge groups and heterogeneous knowledge resources. The other hand was to explore the motivation and factors of supply chain enterprise knowledge sharing from the individual node level, and extract the potential variables and the observational variables which affected the node in business knowledge sharing, as well as create evaluation principles. Determine the impact of knowledge sharing by factor analysis, and find two main factors-learning factor and exchange factor, and using these factor to evaluate the nodes in the supply chain knowledge sharing network. Finally, the thesis analyzed the current status for the example network based on the evaluation results of the evaluation system, as well as proposing three ways to improve. In the aspect of optimize knowledge sharing in the decision-making behavior, we use game theory-Nash equilibrium to make an analysis of enterprise knowledge sharing, moreover, the thesis used the dynamic game model to calculated the conditions of enterprise knowledge sharing by quantifying the costs and benefits of knowledge sharing, according to the result, the thesis made the action suggestions for the enterprises. To optimize port public information platform, the thesis provided the details of public information platform capabilities and methods for reference. In the aspect of optimize the internal mechanism of port supply chain, the thesis selected the enterprises drawn from the analysis of knowledge sharing in example supply chain which are more important, The thesis gave them the methods to improve according to their insufficient.
