Research On Warehouse Management Of Finished Products Warehouse Of H Company

Warehouse management is an important part of enterprise management,warehouse management level also directly affects the operating costs,capital flows and customer satisfaction.In recent years,the cost of raw materials,human resources,operation and other aspects of manufacturing enterprises has increased year by year,and the profit space of enterprises has been compressed.H company is a traditional building ceramics production enterprises,the author in the investigation of the company warehouse,found that the company exists in the storage management of goods stacking disorder,operation process is not standardized,the storage layout is not reasonable,work efficiency is low,a serious backlog of inventory,the inventory control method is simple and many other issues.The main cause of these problems is that the warehouse layout is unreasonable and the inventory control is not in place.Therefore,this paper focuses on the two aspects of the storage location optimization and inventory control of H company's finished products warehouse.It is very important to solve the problem of warehouse management.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the research,summarizes the domestic and international research status,and introduces the theory and method of storage location and inventory control.In the second chapter,the author introduces the present situation of warehouse management of H company's finished goods warehouse,and puts forward the existing problems and analyzes the causes.In the fourth chapter,aiming at the problems of storage management in H company,the EIQ-ABC analysis method is used to analyze the situation of warehouse operation.In the fifth chapter,H inventory control problems,analyzes the optimization of warehouse inventory control of H company product,establish inventory optimization simulation model and an example is proposed to optimize the inventory control scheme using Crystal Ball software,and finally the finished goods warehouse warehouse management to put forward the corresponding improvement strategy.The author of this paper is H's staff,depth of field investigation of H company warehouse,a comprehensive understanding of the situation of H company warehouse of finished product structure,operation flow,storage layout,inventory control methods,and obtain 100 kinds of products and finishing more than and 160 out of order information and data,provide empirical material filling the whole thesis.This paper has two innovations:one is to choose a traditional building materials enterprise warehouse as the research object,little research on the storage management of such enterprises at present documents;two is uses the research method of Crystal Ball simulation,this method is not only intuitive and strong,obtained by this method is simulated with a certain probability distribution data rather than the precision of the data,the probability distribution of the decision makers can be combined with the actual situation and the model simulation results to develop a comprehensive product inventory control strategy.Through the study of this paper,we can solve the problem of warehouse management of finished products warehouse of H company,and hope to provide experience for other manufacturing enterprises.
