The X e-commerce company's warehouse is an important logistics node of X company in the North China.Its planning and construction time is relatively early.As time goes by,the problems in the warehouse's storage and operation capabilities are gradually exposed.In order to meet the development needs of Company X in the future,it is of great significance for Company X to reasonably optimize the problems exposed in the operation of the warehouse and improve the storage and operation capabilities.Most of the existing literature on the optimization of the layout of the warehouse or logistics center is to optimize the layout of the functional area of the warehouse,and few documents considered the layout of the storage area of the warehouse.However,because the warehouse of company X is an e-commerce warehouse,this article first improves the storage location arrangement of the warehouse based on the characteristics of the ecommerce warehouse to increase the storage capacity per unit area of the warehouse.The required area of each functional area is calculated to further optimize the layout of the warehouse functional area.This article starts with the business characteristics and historical data of the original warehouse,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the warehouse's functional area layout,operation process,material flow line,inventory status and location arrangement,and finds out the main problems currently existing in the warehouse.To solve the existing problems,the roadway depth model,improved SLP(systematic layout planning)method,genetic algorithm and other methods are used to study the storage layout and functional area layout of the warehouse.First,according to the requirements of the warehouse operations,the operation process in the warehouse is reorganized,and the functional areas are re-divided according to the characteristics of the warehouse business.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the stocking of e-commerce activities,the number of storage spaces in the warehouse cannot meet the demand for large quantities of stocking before the ecommerce promotion.Based on the lane depth model,the storage area of the dense storage area and packaging material storage area was arranged.This article optimizes the method to increase the storage capacity per unit area of the warehouse and strengthen the warehouse's ability to respond flexibly to inventory fluctuations.In view of the problem of circuitous operation paths in the warehouse and low operation efficiency caused by the unreasonable layout of the warehouse functional area,this paper uses an improved SLP method to build a warehouse flat layout model based on comprehensive interrelation analysis of the warehouse functional area.The shortest handling time and the largest comprehensive correlation of functional intervals are the objective functions,and the genetic algorithm is used to calculate the model to obtain the final functional area layout plan.Finally,the result analysis of the layout plan of the functional area is carried out.The results show that the material handling time in the warehouse is significantly reduced within one working day after optimization,and the optimization effect is obvious.This paper is a practical application paper.The research content is of certain reference significance for X company warehouse layout planning,and enriches the research of similar warehouse layout optimization.This article includes 32 pictures,24 tables,and 53 references.
