Research On The Influence Of Symbiotic Elements Of Industry-University-Research-Finance On Enterprise Innovation Benefits

The development of science and technology can not be separated from the financial support.The innovation of industry-university-research cooperation led by technology-based SMEs lacks comprehensive and effective financial support.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively solve the source of innovation funds and to incorporate the financial institutions into a collaborative innovation.Cooperation between enterprises,universities,research institutions and financial institutions and "symbiosis" in ecology have the same characteristics of interdependence and mutual benefit,and symbiosis emphasizes the continued stability of collaborative innovation rather than cooperation.However,there have been few studies on the impact of industry-university-research-finance symbiosis on the corporate innovation revenue.The application of symbiosis theory to analyze the cooperative innovation of industry,universities,research,and financial units under the guidance of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises will help improve the stability of the cooperative innovation system and the sustainability of the company's innovation income.Therefore,based on the symbiotic perspective,this paper analyzes the symbiosis and symbiotic elements of the industry-university-research-finance,and further analyzes how the symbiotic elements of the industry-university-research-finance are acting on the profit of enterprise innovation.It aims to provide symbiotic views and theoretical guidance for the theoretical research and management practice of the cooperative innovation of industry-university-research-finance.Based on the theory of symbiosis theory,this paper redefines and analyzes the symbiosis factors of the innovation subject,cooperative innovation behavior,cooperative organization and innovation environment,and construct a conceptual model of the impact of symbiotic elements of enterprises,universities,research institutes and financial units on firm's innovation performance.From the symbiosis elements in three dimensions,this paper puts forward six factors on enterprise innovation research on the effects of income hypothesis,and these six factors include the compatibility level of symbiotic elements,the equilibrium level of symbiotic energy distribution,the management level of symbiotic interface,the policy environment,the financial environment and the market environment.Through questionnaires,we obtained 982 survey data on the symbiosis of industry-university-research-finance from technology-based SMEs,research institutions,and financial institutions,and 376 survey data on corporate innovation revenues from technology-based SMEs.And SPSS23.0 and AMOS23.0 software were used to analyze the statistical data and construct the structural equation model to verify the research hypothesis.According to the theoretical analysis and empirical results,the improvement measures of enterprise innovation income are proposed from the three dimensions of the symbiotic unit,the symbiosis model and the symbiotic environment.This paper provides a new research perspective for the cooperative innovation of industryuniversity-research-finance,and provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the technology-based SMEs to optimize the allocation of symbiotic resources,and to increase corporate innovation revenue.
