As one of the three pillars of financial industry,insurance plays an important role in economic development.In recent years,China's insurance industry has realized great-leap-forward development,premium income is expanding,the quantity of insurance company is increasing,and competition in the market is becoming increasingly fierce.Some companies play the "price war" to grab market share,insurance agencies grab market,irregularities is difficult to prohibit."The State Council's No.10 National Notice" and a series of documents of insurance regulation indicate that in the future the supervision will continue to strengthen.Focus of the industry has changed from premium income to risk management,so insurance companies face the intense increasingly complex market environment.The premium income of A Insurance Company Henan Brunch exceeded 10 billion Yuan in 2017.The company is at the critical stage of development.A Insurance Company Henan Brunch needs to analyze its internal and external operating environment,make its own development strategy to realize sustainable,sound and fast development.This paper uses literature research,case method,empirical method to analyze A Company's internal environment and the external competition environment,through the SWOT,Potter's five forces model to choose the development strategy,and put forward the measures to construct the development strategy.This paper is aims at enriching the research of this field,and providing guidance to the company in the same industry.This paper consists of six chapters:Chapter ?,introduction.This paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,research contents and research methods,etc.Chapter Two,analysis of external environment of A Insurance Company Henan Brunch.Analysis national and social environment,market environment to find the opportunity and threaten.Chapter Three,analysis of internal environment of A Insurance Company Henan Brunch,including organizational structure,human resources,financialresources,brand and culture,and core competence,etc.Chapter Four,the development strategy selection of A Insurance Company Henan Brunch.Introduce the strategy is three aspects of corporate stratagem,business stratum strategy and functional stratagem.Chapter Five,the strategic implementation points of A Insurance Company Henan Brunch.It includes product differentiation,service differentiation and marketing channel differentiation.Chapter Six,the measures of A Insurance Company Henan Brunch's strategy.Including organizational restructuring,resource allocation,strategic control and corporate culture.
