The Research On The Transfer Of Consulting Point And The Change Of Diagnostic Value

The determination of the consulting point is the start of consulting enterprise diagnosis activities,which plays an important role in the reflection of the consulting value.The customer propose the principal problem to be solved,and usually it is the initial point of the consulting enterprise diagnosis.With the analysis of the initial point of the corresponding consulting activities,this study will find that there are better consulting points,then point transfer phenomenon occurs in enterprise value function body.This phenomenon will not only affect the implement of the customer's cost and function,but also affect the formation of the scheme value when we have enterprise diagnosis.The purpose of this study is to improve the enterprise diagnosis value and achieve right and efficient transfer of consulting point.The study will research reasons and directions of the diagnosis point transfer on the same or different levels of enterprise value function body's value chain.Then this study will explore the diagnostic value change of the consulting point transfer before and after consulting,and then sum up the relevant laws of consulting point transfer and evaluation formula of consulting value.Firstly,referring and finishing at home and abroad on the basis of enterprise enterprise value function body,diagnosis value and consulting point transfer of relevant literature,combined with value engineering and utility value theory,this study puts forward to two kinds of consulting point transfer phenomenon in four levels of the value chains in enterprise value function body.They are the vertical transfer in the same level of the value chain and horizontal transfer in the different levels of value chains in enterprises value function body.Secondly,this paper analyzes two kinds of consulting point transfer occurring conditions and consequences,summed up the two basic rules of transfer.Thirdly,this paper finds the key consulting points about vertical transfer in the same level of the value chain in enterprises value function body,and then constructs the evaluation mechanism of consulting value by TOPSIS method.Finally,this paper applies the concept of utility value to value evaluation of consulting point transfer in different value chain of enterprise value function body and puts forward the concept of scheme utility value.Based on the main part of the utility value,scheme utility value is divided into customer,enterprise and consultant utility value,then the paper analyzes the influencing factors of three scheme utility value and the evaluation formula of scheme utility values of all levels is constructed by using the AHP-FCE method.
