At the same time we choose three methods of the factor analysis to match three links of the model: matching DEMATEL in the link of the distinguishing and sifting, matching SWOT with the prospect assuming in the link of the combination and innovation, and matching GRA (Grey Relational Analysis) in the link of the estimating and excellent selections. The usage of the three concrete system engineering methods guarantees both resolving the mission in the link of the generating consulting schemes and entirety and compatibility of the generating consulting schemes. Final, in order to promote the intellectualized development of the generating consulting schemes, we has suggested the tentative idea about the decision support system of the generating consulting schemes.
