Urban underground integrated pipe gallery is based on the rapid develop Urban Underground Comprehensive Pipeline is based on urban infrastructure is an indispensable part of urban development,economic development and the development of the city itself,is a prerequisite for achieving sustainable urban development.Since the reform and opening up,a diversified infrastructure financing form has been gradually formed and improved,which has promoted the rapid development of China's urban infrastructure projects.The PPP(Public Private Partnership)model can speed up the construction of urban infrastructure,speed up the operation of facilities,reduce government financial pressures,reduce the cost of life-cycle,improve business and management performance,and better share risks.However,because of the status of inequality,the urgency of project construction,and other reasons,the government and investment companies have differences in the sharing of risks.During the actual project implementation,PPP projects are often caused by a partner failing to perform its risk sharing obligations.Not working properly.At present,the task of urban infrastructure construction in China is arduous.The risk management of China's PPP project is still in its infancy,and no standardized series of risk management has been implemented in urban infrastructure engineering practice.Strengthening risk management research can improve the construction and management level of PPP projects and increase project returns.This has certain practical significance for promoting the application of PPP model in China's urban infrastructure.This article mainly elaborates on the concept of PPP model,urban infrastructure and risk,analyzes the development status of China's PPP model and urban infrastructure,and summarizes some problems encountered in the development process through failed cases in the actual construction process..Through the identification of risk factors,the risk list is finally drawn.In the end,the PPP model was selected to study the reasonable sharing of urban underground city infrastructure.Finally,the entropy method and TOPSIS method were used to analyze the case and the final conclusion was reached.It also proposes countermeasures for how to solve risk sharing issues.The research of this dissertation not only enriches the theoretical research of urban infrastructure under the PPP model,but also adds new research ideas for the quantitative research of risk sharing,and also provides a certain reference for the successful construction of urban infrastructure projects under a large number of domestic construction of PPP models.
