China's Economic Ethics Ideological Transformation

The change of the business ethics thought is an important token of the change of social economic structure, and it also lies the front of the social ethics morals' transition. The Chinese business ethics thought is ethics systems of thought to guide the social production and economic activities, furthermore, to normalize and evaluate the system of people's economic thought and behaviors. It involves every aspect of the economic activities, including production, exchange, distribution, consumption and so on, which constitutes a system of business ethics ideas with Chinese characteristics.This paper makes an overall statement on the transformation of Chinese business ethics thought, and elaborates its effects on Chinese economy by analyzing its original historical condition and their characteristics. Based on this, the evolution of traditional business ethics are to be discussed through the spirits and norms of business ethics.Then the author exposes the essenc of the modern transformation, that is, to establish modern business ethics meeting the needs of the socialism market economy, making effective analysis and arguments on the inner relation between tradition and modern in the process of sublimating, and making a new annotation with a kind of new ethical values and morals words ,with this to promote the social responsibility of subject in modern economic activities. On the basis of fully affirming the legitimacy of market economy , clearly knowing the limitation of market economy, taking advantage of the regulative role of moral ethics in economic life, as the third way of regulation strength besides market and government regulation. It offers theoretical thought and countermeasure suggestions for the purpose of realization the development of our national economy ,and construction of harmonious society in the course of actively participating in economic globalization.In the conclusion, the writer does some thoughts on the construction and position of the Chinese modern business ethics in the view of globalization.
