Africa has always been a hotbed for China's foreign cooperation and investment.Especially since the implementation of China's "going global”strategy in 1999,China-Africa cooperation has become more and more extensive.Chinese companies have always been interested in African investment,mainly for the following reasons.First,there are more China-Africa cooperation credentials and perfect system.Main China-Africa economic cooperation BBS,China-Africa cooperation BBS,the central African fund,China-Africa cooperation fund capacity,such as platform,the Chinese government issued including of foreign exchange restrictions and drawback of supportive policies,and to promote the direct investment of Chinese enterprises in Africa.Second,China's domestic raw materials and energy supplies co.,LTD.,part of the industry of the domestic market is becoming saturated,and face adjustment of industrial structure,encourage more and more Chinese enterprises began to invest in Africa.Third,Africa is rich in resources,not only in mining and energy reserves,but also in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery resources.3 it is the African region is broad,large population,although a relatively backward economy as a whole,but the market potential is tremendous,both from the gradient of factor endowments and technology and economic structure to comparisons of China and Africa has strong complementarity of investment.The high return on investment in Africa and the preferential policies pursued by the host government greatly attract Chinese enterprises to invest directly in Africa.In this context,a large number of Chinese companies have begun to take root in Africa.Today,more than 50 countries and regions have spread across Africa.Founded in September 1984,the shandong CSI company is a large foreign enterprise group approved by the state council,with a registered capital of RMB 200 million,and has the qualification of foreign-related legal persons.In Africa,there are now roughly three categories of investment in Africa.The first category is commodity resource investment,the second is the infrastructure(luqiao port)and the public facilities(the hall),mainly large contract projects.The third category is anufacturing investment,mainly in the "import substitution" investment for local markets.Shandong CSI company development present situation is good,but compared with benchmarking enterprise,there are still a large gap,at the same time,based on the CSI company located in shandong and the transition of the core business,shandong CSI company how to develop the foreign investment it is necessary.On the basis of defining the concept of foreign direct investment,this paper first discusses the relevant theories and relevant research status of non-investment,which set the basement of theoretical principle for further research.Second,summarizing the development course and status quo of China's Africa direct investment,for the direct investment in China to understand the development course and the current stage,to shandong CSI company foreign direct investment provides a relatively broad background.Third,about the present situation of shandong CSI company management are discussed in this paper,combining with related data to the enterprise,compared to standard,and for the next step in shandong CSI company put forward specific measures for the direct investment advice.Finally,how to propose specific measures and Suggestions for the non-direct investment of shandong CSI,and improve its safeguard measures,in order to promote better foreign investment.
