Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Economic And Trade Cooperation Between Kazakhstan And China In The Context Of The Silk Road Economic Belt

In recent years,with the implementation of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" initiative in China,the economic and trade cooperation between Kazakhstan and China has become increasingly close,the prospects of economic and trade cooperation have become brighter,and regional economic cooperation in Central Asia has become more orderly and standardized.However,we should also note that due to the differences in economic development level,economic structure,geo-economics and political strategy of the two countries,under the background of the current "Silk Road Economic Belt" construction,the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries still faces some problems and challenges,and measures must be taken to deal with it.This article uses the following methods,such as literature analysis,theoretical analysis and other methods,combined with a large amount of data and diagrams,to analyze the current situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan,the role of Kazakhstan in the construction of the "Silk Road Economic Belt",deepening the prospects of bilateral cooperation,possible areas,core assignments,especially the problems and countermeasures of deepening bilateral economic and trade cooperation under the background of the construction of the "Silk Road Economic Belt".The thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research.It classifies and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature related to this research,expounds the content and methods of the research,and points out the innovation and deficiency of this thesis.The second chapter,based on the theories of international trade,summarizes and expounds the theory of comparative advantage,the theory of mutual demand and the theory of geo-economic,which are the basis of the research.The third chapter analyzes the historical background and current situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan,and focuses on the main achievements of the economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.At the same time,it points out some deficiencies in trade stability,trade structure and investment industrial structure of the two sides.The fourth chapter analyzes the internal relations between Kazakhstan and the "Silk Road Economic Belt".First of all,it analyzed the strategic position and economic cooperation advantages of Kazakhstan.On this basis,it focuses on the important role of Kazakhstan in the construction of the "Silk Road Economic Belt",especially the important influence that it can produce in deepening the future economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan as the bridgehead of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" construction and the strategic partner of the Western China.The fifth chapter researches the main assignments of the bilateral economic and trade cooperation between Kazakhstan and China under the background of the "Silk Road Economic Belt"-to realize the docking of Kazakhstan's the "Bright Road" program with China's the "Silk Road Economic Belt" construction.This article analyzes the necessity and possibility of realizing the strategic docking of the two sides,and expounds four areas that the promotion of docking should be focus on:transportation and logistics infrastructure construction,production capacity and investment,land-sea transportation,information and digital technology.The sixth chapter,on the basis of previous researches,analyzes the main problems currently facing the economic and trade cooperation between Kazakhstan and China and the countermeasures that should be taken.According to the article,under the background of the construction of the "Silk Road Economic Belt",include the following:the trade and investment barriers in Kazakhstan need to be eliminate;infrastructure unable to meet cross-border transportation needs;transportation-related technical standards are irregular;the system of foreign trade and economic cooperation is relatively backward;geopolitical competition interferes with bilateral cooperation etc.In response to the above issues,there are countermeasures and suggestions:enhance bilateral political mutual trust,optimize the investment environment in Kazakhstan,strengthen the interconnection and intercommunication of transportation and logistics infrastructure,expand bilateral production capacity and investment cooperation;deepen the bilateral cooperation in monetary,finance,and cultural tourism.
