Research On Economic And Trade Cooperation Of "Silk Road Economic Zone"

Since 2008, the world economic structure has undergone profound changes, mainly in developed countries in Europe and America has yet to completely get rid of the plight of the development of financial crisis. As the world’s major developing countries, how to realize its economic transformation and development in the new period, has become China’s main subject against the background of the current global economic recovery. The "Silk Road economic belt" points out the direction for China’s new round opening. On one hand, it will effectively promote the opening of hinterland and border areas in China, speed up the process of economic development in the Midwest. On the other hand, it will also provide an important guarantee for China’s future economic security. Economic and trade cooperation is not only an important part of the construction of the "Silk Road economic belt", but also the main driving force to promote the economic development of China’s western regions and countries in Central Asia. Therefore, the study of "Silk Road economic belt" economic and trade cooperation has great theoretical and practical significance.This study is based on the traditional theory of international trade and regional economic integration. The research methods in this study include normative research and empirical research, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Firstly, the paper systematically describes the real foundation of "Silk Road economic belt" economic and trade cooperation, and further analysis of the current status quo and issues of economic and trade cooperation between China and the Central Asian countries. On this basis, due to the "Silk Road economic belt" brings a major opportunity to Northwest China, this paper analyzes the potential for economic and trade cooperation between the Northwest China (Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Qinghai, Ningxia four provinces)and Central Asian countries. Finally, inductive methods and countermeasures are used to study how to improve the level of "Silk Road economic belt" economic and trade cooperation, the appropriate countermeasures are also provided by the paper.The paper found that "Silk Road economic belt" trade and economic cooperation has the certain necessary and feasible conditions, interconnectivity between economic belt along the central Asian countries and in China, good political and economic relations and economic complementarily for both sides to strengthen economic and trade cooperation laid a good foundation in the future. Economic and trade cooperation, however, the current economic belt mainly pauses in the development and utilization of the energy industry level, which makes the current economic belt of the economic and trade cooperation in trade and investment structure is single, such problems as differences in scale of cooperation. In northwest China, for the moment, the economic and trade cooperation and economic belt along the countries have large potential. The construction of economic zone in the future, we should focus on innovating the mode of economic and trade cooperation, strengthen the mechanism construction. Countermeasures and Suggestions on strengthening economic zone economic and trade cooperation are as follows. On one hand, we should focus on innovating the mode of economic and trade cooperation. On the other hand, we should strengthen the mechanism construction and gradually improve the quality of infrastructure along the route. Through regional cooperation to drive the regional economic development, we can finally realize the prosperity of the economy.
