Economic And Trade Cooperation Between China And Kazakhstan Under The Background Of "The Silk Road Economic Belt"

The "Silk Road Economic Belt" proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2013 is a long-term geopolitical initiative and has a series of large economic projects.Its main goal is to expand economic and trade cooperation with the surrounding countries to the European market.However,China does not create a rigid framework or ultimate goal and result.The most important thing is to establish global economic and political partnership by establishing transportation system and eliminating barriers to trade and investment.In fact,from the point of view of economic interests,China's economic interests are mainly involved in finding reliable supplies of raw materials and expanding the market for the sale of its commodities.The only possible solution to China's economy is the "exit strategy".The political interests of China are mainly to safeguard the economic interests and maintain the stability and security of the Eurasian space.Kazakhstan,because of its geographical location in the center of Eurasia,has become a link between Europe and Southeast Asia.Therefore,Kazakhstan's position in the project is very important.This thesis uses the combining method of the theoretical analysis and the actual analysis,i.e.,the use of international trade theory and international direct investment theory,the regional economic integration theory,to analyse the building of the path “Silk Road Economic belt”,and present situation of economic and trade cooperation between Kazakhstan and China.In addition,SWOT analysis is used to identify the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of China-Kazakhstan economic and trade cooperation under the background of the "Silk Road Economic Belt",so as to make a comprehensive assessment and analysis.The result is to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the bilateral economic and trade cooperation,understanding the opportunities and challenges facing,but also adjust the method in strategy and tactics,in order to protect the Economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan under the background of "the Silk Road Economic Belt" will achieve in order to achieve the goal,and on this basis puts forward the development strategy of cooperation."The Silk Road Economic Belt" project will strengthen bilateral economic and trade relations,and relates to jointly build crude oil processing plant,improve the agricultural cooperation,energy cooperation,light industry and manufacturing industry,communications and infrastructure construction,and promoting the enterprise to a new level,creating new jobs and reduce unemployment.This is a great impetus for the economic development of Kazakhstan,and it is forward-looking for China's investment.The implementation of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" project will definitely affect the economic development of Kazakhstan and China,and strengthen their bilateral cooperation.
