Research On Order Sorting System Based On Custom-made Order

With the continuous development of Internet and e-business,the traditional trading mode has been unable to meet the needs of modern consumers,consumers in the pursuit of efficient and convenient transactions,all transactions online and offline channels can not only protect the enterprise without losing the original business advantage,but also expand the broader sales channels,to better meet the needs of consumers.Consumers' demand for goods and services is becoming more diversified,individualized,and even customized.Although the customized production method can provide customers with the desired products or services,improve customer satisfaction,but increase the cost of the enterprise.Usually,customized production mode has a longer response time and higher cost than the general production mode,which requires enterprises to reduce costs as much as possible,and to meet the needs of customers at a faster response speed.Mass production mode can effectively reduce the cost of enterprise,large-scale production and customized production mode is formed by the combination of the mass customization production mode,the advantage of this model has more than two modes: low cost can guarantee the enterprise production,but also to meet the diverse needs of customers.The order acquisition mode of two channels in the line and line can be better adapted to the needs of the social development.In this paper,the order pickup information system is used to deal with the orders through the customer oriented online order pickup information system Customization service is an important direction of modern production mode,and order sorting system is a powerfulguarantee for rapid response.Sorting system capability makes the main index to measure the efficiency of sorting system.Based on this,through the research of the sorting system,this paper gives the solution of the custom logistics and the method of calculating the ability index of the sorting system.In order to better close to the actual situation,in the process of calculating the sorting system ability,the action of sorting equipment is introduced to calculate the probability of sorting ability,considering the queues and sorting equipment orders in the sorting process of free(leave)the influence of the sorting system,so as to better optimize the order picking system,more efficient for customers to provide customized services,improve customer satisfaction,increase the competitiveness of enterprises.Finally,this paper,taking the material sorting system of a distribution center unit as an example,analyzes the capacity of the unit material order sorting system and draws a conclusion.
