And have found many issues in their sorting-out operation by research. Issues mainly about the un-optimized of first sorting-out work, then resulted in many wasted phenomena and incongruous works assignment in second sorting-out work,In order to optimize their sorting-out department, the thesis decide to adopt Neighbor-Searching Algorithm to build a optimized model. The model can input data what the thesis provided and generated many programs for first sorting-out operation. The most important for model is that it can adjust programs generated before and make choices again and again. It is the way to optimize their sorting-out department. The research use a objective function to evaluate pragrams. Firstly, it may find out many pivotal index about sorting-out department, and then weights these pivotal index. In the end, these pivotal index will make up the objective function. In addition, number of people needed is one of these pivotal index what relates to cost of sorting-out department.Finally, the thesis make some tests for model. Testing model's stability by running many times. Testing whether it is universal to all weight sets of pivotal index and mutiple sacles of sorting data by Input plurality of weight sets and somes scales sorting data. In the end, analyzing the test results. The consequence of research have manifested that the research make a good sense for operation of express enterprise.
