As a new service industry,system integration is one of the most powerful industries in China's information service industry in recent years,and has drawn increasing attention from the business community and academia.Shandong HN Information Technology Limited by Share Ltd,was established in 2006 and headquartered in Jinan City,Shandong Province,with a registered capital of 12.42 million yuan.It belongs to the system integration service industry in the software and information technology service industry segments.The main business of the company includes software development,IT system integration solutions,operation and maintenance technology services and so on.In recent years,it has been rooted in the Shandong market and has developed rapidly by professional research and development and service advantages.However,in the face of increasingly fierce and complex competitive environment,companies are exposing more and more problems in strategic management.It is urgent to innovate and improve regional market competition strategy.Therefore,the research on the company's competitive strategy can provide important reference for the formulation and implementation of the regional competition strategy of Shandong HN IT Company.Based on the above analysis,this study mainly elaborates on the following four aspects.First,it analyzes the external macro environment and industry environment that Shandong HN IT Company faces in competitive strategy.The external environment including macro political and legal environment,economic environment,social and human environment and technical environment.The industry environment includes the present situation and competition structure of system integration service industry.The EFE matrix evaluation results of the external environment of the company show that Shandong HN IT Company faces four external opportunities such as national policy support and broad market prospect,as well as faces five external threats such as low industry concentration and weak industrial foundation.The overall external environment is beneficial to the company competitive development.Secondly,it analyzes the internal conditions of Shandong HN IT Company's competitive strategy,including the internal resources and capabilities of the company.The internal resources mainly analyze the company's organizational,technical and human resources,and the internal capabilities mainly analyze research and development,profitability and other capabilities.The EFE matrix evaluation results of the internal environment of the company show that there are four kinds of advantages such as resource channels and research and development in Shandong Province.In addition,there are six disadvantages such as the incomplete of corporate governance structure,the small asset scale and the small capital strength.The competitive advantage is not obvious enough and the core competitiveness is insufficient.It is urgent to establish or improve the regional competitive strategy suitable for the development of the company.Third,analyze the competitive strategy selection process of Shandong HN IT Company.Based on the analysis of company strategic mission,vision and target,through the overall strategic SWOT analysis of the company and the feasibility analysis of competitive strategy,finally uses the QSPM matrix and it shows that Shandong HN IT Company should develop and implement differentiation strategy.Finally,it discusses the implementation process and safeguard measures of differentiation competitive strategy of Shandong HN IT Company.About the implementation process of company's differentiation strategy,it mainly analyzes the implementation process of company's system integration business differentiation strategy,technology operation and maintenance business differentiation strategy and IT product sales business differentiation strategy.To this end,Shandong HN IT Company should take greater research and development expenditures and further standardize corporate governance and other safeguards.The main innovation of this paper is to determine the differentiation competition strategy of Shandong HN IT Company based on the literature research method,matrix analysis method and other research methods,and further expand the theoretical research of IT industry and enterprise strategic management.Due to the difficulties in data collection and the lack of relevant documents,there are still many deficiencies in the study of inducing internal and external environmental factors.Future research can further explore the external environment and internal conditions factors of the system integrated service industry.
