Plastic products play a significant role in various fields such as in the industry, agriculture, construction, aerospace and electronic products and so on. With the continuous development of economy and the continuous improvement of technology, and also because the plastic products has a superior performance and beautiful appearance, plastic products instead of steel and copper has become a trend. But with the increase of market demand the plastic products industry competition is becoming more and more fierce. And also need the company has more strong survival ability and the more advanced management level.TF Company mainly manufactures plastic products and mold. It established in2010and the scale is a medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. In the two years the company had a steady progress and had through the difficult start-up period. It has achieved an independent operating and financial self-sufficiency. But as the complex global economy and the fierce market competition, make the TF company development is facing severe challenges. TF Company is now in growth period, in this process TF company need to adapt to the fierce market competition environment and need to make more brilliant achievements. So analyzing the TF Company’s market environment and making effective market competition strategy have an important and far-reaching significance for the company.The purpose of this study is through to analyze TF Company’s internal and external environment, according to its advantages and disadvantages, put forward a suitable development strategy which play a reference and guidance in market development for TF Company.In this paper using the marketing competition theory and marketing management theory, based on the SWOT analysis theory and the five force model, to analyze the industry environment, macro environment and internal environment, summarize the target market and market segmentation. According to the regional characteristics and customer characteristics, put forward the effective market competition strategy including Price strategy, product strategy and promotion strategy. And at last put forward the Market competition strategy implementation safeguard measures in order to make the competition strategy play an effective and practical guidance to the company.
