A steel structure company is a large-scale enterprises in Liaoning Province, it has made a great of contribution to promoting the economic development of Liaoning province., How does A steel structure company formulate a long-term development strategy to win the competition, it is a problem that the company need to solve currently.Based on this background, Firstly, this paper chooses the way of theoretical analysis. Then, selecting a series of strategic management tool, and analyzing the A steel structure company internal and external environment deeply, the selected tools include the Potter five forces model of competition, SWOT; Finally, it combined with the characteristics and ideas of the development of the information age, developing a suitable to A steel structure company development strategy, including:diversification strategy, providing the high quality product and the service, individualized development and so on, so it can help the A steel structure company to expand market share, improving market competitiveness, promoting the A steel structure company development sustained and healthy.
