Research On Place Attachment Of Foreign Operators In Rural Tourism Community From The Perspective Of Community Construction

The Ming Yue Village,Pujiang County,Chengdu,is selected as the case area which is based on the theory of community building and place attachment.Discussion on the relevant characteristics and driving factors of the change of place attachment in the process of community construction by foreign operators.Using the semi-structure interview method in the qualitative research method,participating in the observation method.Through interviews with foreign operators,indigenous residents,community workers and foreign tourists.Extensive collection of information on place attachment to outside operators in Mingyue Village and coding analysis based on interview records and field findings,comprehensive and in-depth analysis of place attachment of foreign operators in Mingyue Village.On this basis,the effect of community construction on place attachment of foreign operators is summarized which are put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the place attachment of foreign operators.This paper is consisted of seven parts:Chapter 1 is the introduction.This chapter introduces the research background and significance of this paper.The research content,area and object of this paper are summarized.The research method,technical route,research difficulty and innovation of this paper are put forward.Chapter 2 is concepts and theories.This chapter defines and interprets the related concepts of tourism community,community building and place attachment.The theories of community building and place attachment are summarized and combed.The purpose of this paper is to obtain a theoretical analysis tool of guidingsignificance.Chapter 3 is journals reviewed.This chapter reviews the current situation of rural tourism community,community building,place attachment and other domestic and foreign research.On the basis of summarizing the existing research,the author points out the research area which can be further expanded.Chapter 4 is the development course of the community construction in Mingyue Village.Taking time as the clue,this paper combs the development course of the community construction in Mingyue village,The purpose of this paper is to scan the relationship between community construction practice and place attachment of foreign operators in Mingyue Village.Chapter 5 is place attachment characteristics of foreign operators in Mingyue Village.After a variety of theoretical analysis,the case study of Ming Yue Village in Pujiang County,Chengdu City was introduced.By using qualitative research method,52 categories,10 main categories and 2 core categories were extracted by Nvivo8.0software and manual coding for opening,principal and selective coding of interview and second-hand data.On the basis of this,the local attachment model of foreign operators is established.The composition and management status of foreign operators in Ming moon village are combed.The types of place attachment of foreign operators are divided and the characteristics of place attachment of foreign operators are deeply analyzed.Chapter 6 is driving factors of place attachment change of foreign operators in Mingyue Village.Through summing up the research conclusions of this paper which probes into the six driving factors of the change of placeattachment of foreign operators in Mingyue Village.Combined with the previous research,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the place attachment of foreign operators in rural tourism communities.Chapter 7 is lacking of research and prospects.The paper summarizes the research results points out the possible shortcomings of the study and the direction of future research.Through research,this paper draws the following conclusions:Conclusion one: it is not a simple economic interest appeal but individual emotional attachment to choose to stay in Mingyue village.Conclusion two: Different stages of Community Construction in Mingyue Village,The place attachment of foreign operators presents different characteristics,the change of economic dependence and emotional identity affects the type of place attachment of foreign operators.Conclusion three: Foreign operators who are attached to higher places are more motivated to participate in community building.Their business practices in the community tend to be more normative.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects.The first is to introduce community building into the study of place attachment of rural tourism communities,which expands the field of vision of rural tourism research and humanistic geography research.On the other hand,the research object is focused on the foreign operators of the rural tourism community,jumping out of the traditional research on the place attachment of the indigenous residents and tourists,which provides a new perspective for the study of the stakeholders of the rural tourism community.
