| A is the first market-oriented operational domestic 6-inch micro nano manufacturing pilot company,which has achieved a small-scale production by conducting the development of related common technology and standard process and promoting the curing process of MEMS related enterprise.The Micro-electromechanical System(MEMS)is a national strategic emerging industry and is greatly helped and supported by policies.With flourishing development of the material network and consumer electronics,MEMS application market continues to expand,and the traditional IC industry has also begun to focus on the huge business opportunities in MEMS field and to move into the high value-added MEMS products,which aggravates the competition of MEMS industry.The characteristics of MEMS,such as the large investment scale,long cycle of technology development and more process variables,lead to a long period of investment recovery,and the company is faced with a greater operating pressure.By taking A MEMS Company as the research object and basing on the theory of strategic management learned from MBA,this paper attempts to seek a focused differentiation strategy suitable for company A through systematic research.This paper first analyzes the macro environment of MEMS industry,followed by analyzing the development characteristics,industrial chain and product development trends of MEMS industry;and it embarks on an industry analysis based on the Michael Porter Five Forces Model to summarize the opportunities and threats faced by A.Then,it analyzes the company's internal environment,and by using SWOT analysis method to combine the strategic objectives of A,it draws the centralized differential competition strategy of company A.Finally,this paper studies the key issues in implementation of the centralized differentiation strategy by combining with the actual situation of A.The development strategy proposed in this paper can direct the orderly operation of A,and can also provide useful reference for other similar industries. |
