Study On Fingerprint Sensor Assembly Line Balance

The development of manufacturing industry is very important as the basis of world economic development.Manufacturing enterprises are most concerned about is the production efficiency.If we can invest fewer resources and get more effective outputs,the corresponding production efficiency is high and enterprises will have higher economic benefit.In the environment of market competition more and more intense,the problems such as the whole production line efficiency is low,production capacity is insufficient and personnel waste have started to gradually apparent.They become a stumbling block for the further development of enterprises.This article illustrates the background and significance,it reviews the research and application about line balancing status of industrial engineering at home and abroad.And then it describes the connotation and the improvement principle of IE related technology.This article based on the theory of industrial engineering,combining the characteristics of the company’s products and use IE techniques to analyze the production line and improve.The goal of this article is to increase the rate of production line balancing,reduce the manpower and production line beat down to 7 seconds.Firstly,this article using stopwatch time measure method determined the standard work time of each work station,and identified the existing production line balance.And also,this article used concrete and reasonable methods to improve the bottleneck’s work time.Finally,the article compared before and after improvement to illustrate the effectiveness of line balance improvement.Mainly use IE technology is the line balance technique,the process procedure technique,the 5Y1 W analysis technique,the human-machine operation technique,model analysis technique and so on.Eventually without affecting the quality of the products,the workstation reduced from 26 to 20 and decreased by 6.The operator reduce from 66 to 53 and decreased by 13.The improved process procedure is more reasonable and effective,the manpower cost is greatly reduced,and the production line efficiency is improved.The line balance go up from 57% to 83% and go up by 26%.The pitch time reduce from 11.4s to 6.4s and decreased by 5s.It can be seen that greatly reduces the waste due to unbalanced process,improve the effect is very significant.
