It takes seven typical processes like workshop reporting order as examples. It shows both the former process and the improved process, making sharp contrast and analyzing the benefits of the improvement. The paper also describes the difficult points of the implementation of the ERP project,as well as the solution to them. At last the paper creatively raises the five level-one success factors and their level-two factors of a successful ERP implementation, as well as the factor equation.
