Logistics support is the basis of guaranteeing the normal operation of enterprises.In the past ten years of socialized reform of logistics enterprises,all kinds of logistics enterprises are still in the initial stage of development.This paper carries out the optimization research on the related system of performance appraisal in response to a series of problems existing in service outsourcing logistics companies that restricting its development,such as the imperfect performance appraisal system,unclear concept of performance management,improper selection of assessment methods,random setting of assessment indicators,inadequate application of assessment results and imperfect feedback mechanism in performance appraisal,weak operation guarantee of performance appraisal,inadequate professional ability of managers at all levels of the company,etc.On the basis of performance appraisal research at home and abroad,taking Xi'an HY Logistics Co.,Ltd as an example,this paper puts forward the design scheme of performance management and performance appraisal system by using target management method,formulates the evaluation index combined with the strategic development goal of the enterprise,optimizes the key index by using KPI method,sets the index weight by AHP,puts forward the feedback scheme of performance appraisal,and guides the company to establish the incentive mechanism by using the results of performance appraisal.An effective safeguard mechanism has also been put in place.This study solved the problems of imperfect and unreasonable indicators in the original performance appraisal system of Xi'an HY Logistics Co,Ltd.and brought about an effective result in performance appraisal,which lead to the establishment of the powerful guarantee system for the company,and solved the bottleneck problem in the operation of enterprise performance appraisal system.Xi'an HY Logistics Co,Ltd.has complex staff structure and wide business scope.In order to establish a set of logistics staff performance evaluation system which is easy to be popularized and has its own characteristics,the further deep study is required.From the operation results of the optimized performance appraisal system,the optimized performance appraisal system has obvious pertinence and feasibility,and is suitable for the current situation in this enterprise.
