Study On The Development Of Agricultural Industrialization In X County Of Henan Province

and agriculture,and achieve the coordinated development of industry and agriculture,urban and rural areas.Agriculture is an important part of the national economy and the foundation of the national economy.The development of the agricultural economy will not only promote industrial development,open up a vast domestic market for industrial products,but also be of great significance for breaking away from dependence on foreign food imports and consolidating national food security.With the deep development of China's agricultural economy,the traditional agricultural mode can no longer meet the needs of county agricultural development.However,under the new normal state,the traditional agricultural county wants to develop in the agricultural industry.It is necessary to change the mode of the central and southern part of Henan province.It is a typical large agricultural production county.In recent years,the basic pattern of agricultural industrialization in this county has been formed,but the main problems are still outstanding.The development of agricultural industrialization in X county has begun to take shape,but its maturity has a big gap compared with other developed areas in China.Optimizing and perfecting the current agricultural industrialization management model of X county and accelerating the process of agricultural industrialization in X county have become the urgent problem for the government to solve.In view of this,the study of agricultural industrialization under the government's perspective is of practical significance.In this context,starting from the situation of X County,based on the actual situation of agricultural production,the present situation of agricultural industrialization in X county is studied,the existing problems are found out,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the view of the government.It has an extremely important practical guidance to the development of agricultural economy in X county and even other similar counties in our country.In this paper,the main research contents of the agricultural industrialization management in X county from the government point of view.First,the concept,the characteristics,the significance and the development trend of agricultural industrialization,also the necessary conditions for bigger and stronger agricultural industrialization are expounded.Secondly,the current situation of agricultural industrialization and the main achievements of agricultural industrialization in X county are systematically analyzed by field investigation and comparative analysis,and the main achievements of agricultural industrialization are as follows: the development of new agricultural management bodies,new breakthroughs in the development process of leading enterprises,the cluster development of agricultural industry,the gradual improvement of the agricultural industrialization mechanism,and the information promotion in the villages.At the same time,the existing problems,such as the small scale of enterprise production,low concentration of agglomeration,low driving ability of leading enterprises,financing difficulties,difficulties in introducing talent and so on,are emphatically analyzed.Finally,in the postion of the government,suggestions are put forward to improve the agricultural industrialization management mode of X County: we should strengthen the guiding role of funds and innovate the mode of service;we should strengthen the new subject of the agricultural industrialization management to realize the cluster and intensive development,we should improve the degree of organization,establish and perfect the interest linkage mechanism.
