The Impact Of Implementing The Principles Of Total Quality Management On The Performance Of International And Local Humanitarian Organizations Working In Yemen

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the principles of total quality Management on the performance of international and local humanitarian organizations working in Yemen as a dependent variable.Also,this study aims to recognize the degree of adoption(TQM)dimensions recognize the organization performance in the international and local humanitarian organizations NGOs which worked in Yemen.A questionnaire was conducted to collect data for the purpose of testing the study hypothesizes;the study includes the top level of management in international and local humanitarian organizations NGOs in Yemen.The researcher received about(90.0%)of the total distributed questionnaires,such that the total distributed questionnaires were(120)questionnaires.The study revealed that the international and local humanitarian organizations NGOs in Yemen are interested the(TQM)dimensions,and these organizations adopt most of these dimensions in different positive levels.The study also concluded that the international and local humanitarian organizations NGOs in Yemen interested the organization performance,such that the organizations work to develop and improve this performance by regarding the agree of organization,staff,customer and society.The study proved that there is a statistical significance between the TQM dimensions and the organization performance applied in the international and local humanitarian organizations in Yemen.The study also summarizes the most important recommendations,such as,increase the awareness of the TQM dimensions,involve staff in decision making regarding quality,work to improve and re-engineering of administrative processes(Process Re-engineering)in order to provide better quality service to customers,there should be flexible administrative systems that facilitate the provision of services quality,also increase the awareness of the organization performance.
