Sharing economy,which based on the sharing of idle goods or services in the era of mobile Internet,is a new business model.It is a great significance for China to achieve rapid economic growth and successful transformation under the new normal economic conditions.In recent years,the initial stage of China's sharing economy has gone through cautious exploration and is entering a stage of development in an ascendant.However,due to the unique characteristics of economic development,the lag of lawmaking,and path-dependent nature of the regulations,China's sharing economy is more and more subject to the traditional economic and social supervision system,and it is difficult to make bold strides forward.Therefore,innovative sharing of economic regulation is imperative.From the perspective of promoting the legitimacy,standardization,and all-chain ecological development of sharing economy,we will explore new ways to regulate the sharing economy.First of all,do a theoretical analysis of the sharing economy and its supervision,study the connotations,development characteristics,development directions of sharing economic,to understanding the necessity of sharing economic supervision and its regulatory content.Secondly,on the basis of the theoretical analysis of sharing economic regulation,we will analyze the problems existing in China's sharing of economic development status and regulatory systems.Third,study how to establish a sharing economy supervision system in typical foreign countries and summarize the lessons for adaptation.Finally,based on the above analysis,in view of the problems existing in China's sharing of economic regulatory regulations,we systematically study the regulatory rules for sharing the economy,to eliminate the obstacles in the legal system and create a good regulatory environment...
