With the continuous improvement of the management level of domestic enterprises,the role of human resource managers has changed,and the status and professionalism of the enterprises have been promoted.Therefore,the career development of human resource managers has also become an important concern.Career plateau is a part of career research.It usually refers to the possibility that individuals have further promotion in organizations,or little chance to acquire new knowledge and new skills,and little possibility to be close to power centers in organizations.The author of the concept of career plateau was Ference,which began to pay attention in our country in 1890 s.But the domestic research content from the early concept introduction,the research review to the recent empirical research,seldom involves the study of the occupational plateau influence factors.In view of this,this paper tries to analyze the influence factors of Occupational Plateau in the enterprise human resource managers from the perspective of empirical analysis.This study is divided into three stages: the first stage is to collect impact factors through literature review,interview and other methods to form an initial questionnaire.The second stage is the preliminary test of the initial questionnaire,and the reliability,validity and item differentiation of the collected questionnaires are analyzed.According to the analysis results,the revised questionnaire is adjusted to form the final formal questionnaire.The third stage is the application of the formal questionnaire,and the data collected by the relevant analysis and regression analysis.The conclusion is that the degree of career plateau of the enterprise human resource managers is at the middle level.The professional plateau has a clear three-dimensional structure,which are the organizational plateau,the content plateau and the central plateau.The influencing factors of career plateau of corporate human resource managers are divided into five levels: personal choice tendency,personal ability,promotion desire,organizational factor and family factor.Among them,there is a negative correlation between the desire for promotion and the degree of content in the plateau,and there is a positive correlation between the choice tendency and the individual ability and the content plateau.There is a positive correlation between the choice tendency and the degree of high altitude.There is a negative correlation between the organizational structure and the three dimensions of the career plateau,while the organizational support is only positively related to the high altitude of the organization.The family life pressure has a negative impact on the central plateau,and the family atmosphere has a negative impact on the content plateau.Demographic variables include age,marital status,nature of the enterprise,post level and age of posts.
