In the reality of limited resources, the environment, many organizations can notdeny the existence of internal political behavior, the family business as anorganizational form of the most general sense, the organization’s managers not only todefuse the crisis, external competition, but also to efforts to resolve the internaloperating loss problems, and the organization of political behavior is considered to beone of the most important factors affecting internal losses, so the family businessorganizations as well as political analysis of the consequences of the variableperceptions of organizational politics organizational citizenship behavior research haswide practical significance.Organization is a cooperative group of competing with each other but, bystudying perceptions of organizational politics model can exist within that familybusiness operations of political behavior. The face of limited resources and complexrelationships, employees need to collaborate with both together to accomplishorganizational goals, they need each other constraints, engaged in acts of self-interestand political environment in the organization. In the family business throughout thelife cycle, the organization of political behavior everywhere in no time, and this kindof political behavior for different personality differences between employees withinan organization will have on the perception, the perception will cause the generationof subsequent decline in organizational citizenship behavior unfavorable results.In this study, Ferris et al.(1989) model to large domestic staff for theinvestigation of the family business study, a total of802valid questionnaires werecollected, using factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regressionanalysis, a two-stage empirical data to provide management recommendations basedon research and analysis of results. The first stage of discussing the causes oforganizational politics perceptions analyze the impact of family employees personalfactors, organizational factors, and environmental factors work antecedent variablesperceptions of organizational politics. The second stage, the family business staffperceptions of organizational politics as independent variables, organizationalcitizenship behavior as the dependent variable, investigate the effect of perceivedorganizational politics caused by the behavior of citizens.Summary results of this study are as follows, one individual variable familybusiness staff perceptions of organizational politics has influence; citizenshipbehavior Third is the political consciousness of the organization; Second, the organizational structure of the variable family of employees have influenceperceptions of organizational politics have influence. By analyzing the relationshipbetween the family business and employee perceptions of organizational politicsbetween the various dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, and this studysuggests that managers must address the family business in the organization ofpolitical behavior, attention to the causes and possible consequences of theorganization of political consciousness. On the one hand managers to take the lead,fair and equitable treatment in the internal affairs of enterprise development, hands-onparticipation in civic behavior; other managers to develop an effective incentivesystem will be organized through various channels molded into place with a civicspirit create value for the organization to promote the family business by improvingemployee satisfaction.
