The trend of economic globalization is not allowed to neglect and denying thatforeign enterprise to enter into China market has not happen overnight, the marketcompetition becomes more and more fiercely and the China needs a lot more talentsfor its development than ever. Career plateau which individual career may experiencestage has a big impact on individuals. It not only can affect individual’s wokecondition, job involvement and the organization’s loyalty, but also nots allow to ignorethe impact of individual’s mental condition. Employees as the most important humancapital in the enterprise,which dominated the place in the development, theestablishment,the stability of enterprise.If the development and growth of enterprisesout of the staff’s effort,it is impossible to achieve the good performance, and based onthis, if employees, especially employees in the core of enterprise to career plateau andlong-term are not effectively solve it, the development and growth of enterprises willbe affected.Professional managers as the special employees in enterprises who plays the partof leader, organization, command, adjustment function. Its high and low level ofleadership, working performance, individual to enterprise’s identities and loyaltyaffects the performance of the enterprise and the future development space. This paperbegans to research the origin and the current situation of the development of the careerplateau, describes the detailed professional plateau and organizational commitment,leaving trend, and uses prospect theory of Erich Fromm to analyze the type of careerplateau in detail, and based on this it gets different career plateau of professionalmanager, so as to put forward the coping strategy and solutions when professionalmanagers in career plateau in order to getting rid of career plateau state as soon aspossible and give some questions to how to help professional managers to free themfrom career plateau. This paper’s first chapter is about background of the research, significance andthe detailed description of research methods. The second chapter is based on thefundamental theory of resea-rch results and the direction about career plateau, anddescribe theoretical knowledge of career plateau which are used in this paper. In thethird chapter focuses on the influence of various factors when the professionalmanagers in career plateau.The fourth chapter analyse the cause which causedprofessional managers’ career plateau state, and points out harm of career plateau ofprofessional managers. The fifth chapter according to expectancy theory proposes thesolution of professional managers of career plateau and states some methods andmeasures. The sixth chapter is mainly to the whole paper summary.
