Hunan Province Research On The Collaborative Innovation Capability Improvement Of Strategic Emerging Industries And Producer Services

It is report that the party's 19 th put forward the construction of an innovative country ? deepening supply side structural reform and innovation driven development strategy and a series of policy innovation power,opened a new chapter to the national industry innovation and development.The strategic emerging industry represents the future development direction of science technology and industry,which reflects the main trend of the world knowledge economy,circular economy and low carbon economy development.At the same time,the producer services in the service of enterprise strategic emerging industry development,production,logistics,distribution,and other links,in the process of its rapid development of strategic emerging industries to provide various services.The strategic emerging industries and producer services have become the new driving force and source of China's economic growth with their own industrial characteristics and strong economic growth.The basis of innovation strategy implementation such as supply-side structural reform and innovation-driven development lies in the collaborative innovation of science and technology,and the core lies in industrial collaborative innovation.And the strategic emerging industry and producer services collaborative innovation is an important way of industrial cooperative innovation,and one means of innovation that the Chinese government to support the development of strategic emerging industries and producer services.Taking Hunan province as an example,tries to study the Hunan strategic emerging industries and the producer services in collaborative innovation ability to promote some of the outstanding problems,such as imperfect policy support system,thecollaborative innovation resources shortage,lack of effective interest coordination mechanism,so as to play a Hunan strategic emerging industry and the competitive advantage of the collaborative innovation of producer services.This article first to strategic emerging industries at home and abroad and the current situation of producer services and collaborative innovation,on the basis of strategic emerging industries and producer services researches in collaborative innovation related concept and theory.Then collect relevant statistical data of strategic emerging industries in Hunan province and the influence factors of producer services collaborative innovation ability formation mechanism is analyzed,and the use of complex system coordination degree model,to measure of collaborative innovation ability,and by hierarchical regression model to discuss the influence factors of collaborative innovation capability.The empirical results show that the cooperative innovation ability of strategic emerging industries and producer services in Hunan is still at medium level;The support of the government in the collaborative innovation influences the cooperation between the strategic emerging industries and the producer service industry in Hunan;However,the interaction regulation between university environment and industrial integration is not significant,and education teaching method should be improved to further improve the talent training mechanism;Finally,on the basis of the conclusions of this paper,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the government and enterprise level to improve the cooperative innovation ability of strategic emerging industries and producer services in Hunan.
