Research On Strategic Emerging Industries Collaborative Innovation In The West Ethnic Regions Of China

The Strategic emerging industries are the key areas to transform the mode of economic development and improve the quality of economic development.Western ethnic areas as the economically underdeveloped region in China,the collaborative innovation of strategic emerging industries fail to match the China innovation-driven strategy.At present,domestic and foreign related researches mainly focus on the national macro level,developed areas and other aspects,and there is a particular lack of systematic research of the western ethnic regions.Based on the comprehensive application of system theory,innovation theory,coordination theory and triple helix theory,then combining social network analysis and structural equation model.According to the regional differences and national characteristics,this paper analyzes the macroscopic,dynamic and large-scale characteristics of its collaborative innovation network.It could find out the mechanism and influence factors of regional cooperative innovation performance.then put forward countermeasures,so that this study has a certain pertinence and innovation.Based on the literature review of the related researches,and doing the innovation ability analysis between the developed eastern areas and western ethnic areas.It is concluded that the former is significantly ahead of the latter in six aspects;the environment index of scientific and technological innovation,the input index of scientific and technological activities,the output index of scientific and technological activities,the index of high-tech industry,the index of scientific and technological social development and the index of scientific and technological human resources.The main restraining factors are: lack of industrial innovation ability,lack of leading and high-level innovative talents,lack of key technologies.To solve these practical problems,Social network analysis(SNA)was used to construct the collaborative innovation network of strategic emerging industries in western ethnic regions.Surrounding network scale,density,distance,location,attribute,faction and structure.Making the quantitatively analysis.it is found there are two main types of collaborative innovation model,which are government predominance type and industry-university-research cooperation type.In the synergetic innovation network,shows low network density,weak linkages relationship,small factions and low degree of synergy.Combing the analysis results of SNA,to explore the mainly factors which influence strategic emerging industries cooperative innovation performance.Then build a structural equation model(SEM),find out the influencing factors of collaborative innovation performance of strategic emerging industries in western ethnic regions.The questionnaire survey and analysis were carried out by combining multiple regions and typical regions.The research proves that,different from developed regions,in terms of the degree of impact on the performance of collaborative innovation,the ranking is from the largest to the smallest:collaborative innovation capability(0.676),collaborative innovation network(0.432),collaborative innovation mechanism(0.419),collaborative innovation environment(0.317),and collaborative innovation efficiency(0.282).According to the empirical results,the author puts forward concrete suggestions for the above five aspects.
