With the development of economy,performance appraisal management has become the main means and method of modern human resource management,especially the advent of the era of knowledge creation economy.The economic development mode based on human intelligence resources is gradually replacing the natural economic resource based development model,and science and technology is a productivity and gradually become a kind of productive force.The key factor for the revitalization of the national state.For an enterprise,the progress and development of science and technology can not be separated from people.Only with the first class talents can they remain undefeated in the fierce market competition.Because of this,all enterprises have studied the management,use and development of human resources as an important subject for the development of enterprises.Human resources management is an important issue.As an important part of the continuous development of enterprises,performance assessment management assessment has a significant role in promoting the productivity of enterprises and improving the efficiency of employees' work,and has a significant position in human management.From the perspective of reality,in the process of performance assessment,there is a tendency of procedure,lack of transparency and fairness in the process ofperformance assessment in China,which directly hinders the promotion of performance assessment.In this study,the first is the background,purpose and significance of the research,the status of research at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,followed by combing the relevant support theory and research methods related to this research;again,the research on PT company to analyze the existing problems of the company's current performance appraisal management system.Fourth,the performance management related theories and research methods are used to optimize the performance management assessment system of the company in order to solve the existing problems;the fifth is to provide the guarantee measures to promote the implementation of the optimization scheme from four dimensions;finally,the summary of the study is summarized,and the shortcomings of the research are pointed out.Continue the research direction and so on.Performance assessment is an important part of the management of modern enterprise employees.Based on the in-depth analysis of the status and problems of PT company,this study confirms that the 360 performance assessment method is the most suitable for the company.By setting up specific assessment process,setting relevant key performance evaluation indexes and weights,and supporting corresponding implementation suggestions,the optimization scheme of performanceappraisal management of the company is finally formed.As a complex system engineering,this research provides relevant policy suggestions for the improvement of performance assessment of PT company,and also enriches the research on performance appraisal management of Chinese scholars to a certain extent.
