Since the 1990 s,the world economy has been continuously integrated,and economic globalization has become the trend.the economy globalization of Chinese enterprises.directly affects the business environment and changes the business direction,the content and model.The continuous and rapid growth of Chinese automatic consumption has driven the rapid development of it's industry production,also attracts the domestic and foreign companies' large-scale investment in the auto industry and related fields.With the intensive competition in automobile manufacturers,the results are not only reflected in design,technology,production and sales,but also the supply chain.In addition,logistics enterprise have always been called the " the third profits source," and the automobile express has received more and more attention from the manufacturers.At present,the auto logistics standardization level of china is not high enough,and the auto industry has not yet formed a relatively complete system.The development of third-party automotive logistics companies is still at the initial stage.Some of the enterprise systems are relatively backward,such as,the lower facilities and hardware,single service functions,low level of value-added services,poor management,and the lack of modern logistics knowledge and professional logistics management personnel.As a result,the growth of third-party automotive logistics companies has been limited to a certain extent,and the pace of development has been slow.The worldwide major logistics companies make the advantages of their OEMs to target China's huge market,which lead to the third-party automobile logistics companies that were originally in the growth phase not only compete with their own third-party logistics companies,but also competition for auto logistics companies with foreign capital background.With the intervention of foreign capital and technology,the automobile logistics market has present more domestically and internationally,and the international competition has become more domestic,so that the competition faced by China's auto logistics companies has become increasingly intensified.In addition,the implementation of the national standard GB1589 has brought a significant impact on automotive logistics companies.Although the promulgation and implementation of the national standard will contribute to the long-term healthy development of the industry,it must be implemented firmly.However,how to avoid causing many unfavorable factors to transport-type logistics companies in the implementation process is a test of the wisdom of managers.This paper mainly takes UNION LOGISTICS(CHINA)CO.,LTD.(Abbreviation in the paper ‘UNLCN')as the research object,focusing on the company's development strategy.By combing the research status of domestic and foreign literature,the current status and future trends of the automotive industry at home and abroad are analyzed.In the context of GB1589 and a series of policies and regulations aimed at regulating automobile production,logistics,and after-sales links,combined with the problems encountered during the development of UNLCN,the key points in the entire process of third-party automotive logistics companies were deduced through standardized analysis methods of strategic management,such as PEST,SWOT,Porter's five-force analysis model,These include: the construction of infrastructure,the adjustment of the vehicle transportation network,the construction of multimodal transport system,the support of big data information network platform,and the automotive supply chain financial services.let's discuss the strategic transformation of the third-party auto logistics industry under the background of Internet + Union,to promote the integration of the Internet and high-efficiency logistics.Finally we can achieve the purpose of reducing cost to enlarge the revenue.
