With the development of economic globalization, China’s logistics industry ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development, but the traditional international freight forwarding industry in the face of the fierce competition in the upstream of the shipping companies and other industries, the development of the market space continue to be squeezed, which seriously restrict the development of freight forwarding enterprise. Therefore, how to survive and develop in the complex international freight transportation environment has become the important challenge for small and medium international freight forwarding enterprises. The third party logistics industry informatization and systematization, standardization requirements higher. It is using its network coverage, quality of personnel advantages, in the extension of the existing business, for customers provide more service content at the same time can enhance their own profit space, is becoming a new direction for the future growth of small and medium-sized international freight forwarding companies.Firstly, through the status and situation of small and medium-sized freight forwarding enterprises to analyze the face of the crisis, and explore and learn foreign third-party logistics enterprises development experience and development pattern, summed up the feasibility and necessity of our country small and medium-sized freight forwarding enterprises to third party logistics enterprise transformation, for our freight forwarding enterprise transformation and development put forward the effective inspiration and guidance. Secondly, taking the typical small freight forwarding enterprise YH company as an example, the objective analysis and research of YH company by SWOT strategy is carried out.. Finally on the basis of analysis of YH company, of YH company’s overall strategic planning, put forward to Southeast Asia routes in import and export of small and medium-sized business as the target market, use the advantage of routes and the cooperation network for the customer provides the difference of integrated logistics services business strategy planning, from the optimization of organizational structure, human resource and incentive mechanism, information construction and enterprise brand construction four aspects establish an effective strategic support system, and the use of Balanced Scorecard theory and method of strategy implementation process implementation control and improvement, and pays more attention to the transformation of continuous improvement and follow up, to ensure the smooth realization of the strategic development.
