Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurship On Corporate Sustainable Development

The development history of enterprise is the history of the change of business value innovations.The birth and development of companies,such as Wanke,Huawei,Ping An,Ali,Ctrip,Sina,Baidu,Xiaomi and Meituan,are all delivering a new business value,that is,create values relying on technology and management and attaching great importance to corporate governance and corporate sustainability.It is not individuals that can lead these companies to create brilliant achievements and sustainable development,but a kind of control of risks and omnipotent desire for expansion,Also,it is a kind of hard-working,pursuit of sustainable management,innovation and progress and a spirit which is able to shoulder the major social responsibility.The character we called "entrepreneurship." However,nowadays,some enterprises are pursuing short-term interests excessively with no sense of advancement ahead of schedule,neglecting innovation and long-term sustainable development in the future as well,can they walk further and live longer without "entrepreneurship"?The research object of this paper is the influence of entrepreneurship on sustainable development of the enterprise.Based on the definition and discussion of entrepreneurship and corporate sustainable development,we use entrepreneur theory,enterprise life cycle theory,competitive strategy theory,corporate sustainable development theory and related research results at home and abroad to establish a comprehensive,systematic and integrated framework for corporate sustainable development Then,we conduct an analysis of main companies in China by using case and empirical research method,design the influencing mechanism and model for the sustainable development of enterprises in China and make reasonable test by means of multivariate regression measurement methods.It has been found that(1)entrepreneurship which cannot be ignored,plays a significant role among various influence factors on corporate sustainable development(2)the value of entrepreneurship becomes more and more obvious in the new economic environment(3)entrepreneurship has some common characteristics,which help to achieve corporate sustainable development through management functions and strategic choices.(4)entrepreneurship provides motivation for corporate sustainable development and the sustainable development of enterprises can also contribute to the retention of entrepreneurship.Especially,the paper defines the concept of "entrepreneurship" as a kind of outstanding personal character and comprehensive management ability and make a combination with entrepreneurship and corporate sustainable development.It reveals the role of entrepreneurship in corporate sustainable development and provides reference value and effective suggestions for enterprises to make correct and efficient strategic decisions and enhance the ability of sustainable development of enterprises.
