Productivity determines production relations and proper production relations promote the growth of the productive forces. In recent years, family farm model occurs on the stage of history in the request of agricultural modernization and urbanization. The development of family farms will promote the process of agricultural modernization and urbanization, and realize the strategic target of urban and rural integration finally.The paper attempts to put the family farm, entrepreneurship and professional farmers into a unified analysis framework. The paper took the profit growth rate of family farm in nearly three years(2013-2015) as the dependent variable, and selected the farmer entrepreneurship as the independent variable which including the basic farmers’ information(sex, age and degree of education) and entrepreneurship dimensions(entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial opportunities, social resources, individual talents, risk propensity and individual self-efficacy). Firstly, the paper used multiple regression to analyses the first-hand family farm datum from Hubei province, Hunan province and Anhui province and confirmed that:The degree of education of farmers has significantly positive correlation effect with the profit growth rate of family farm in nearly three years, and the individual talents of farmer has significantly positive correlation with the profit growth rate too. From the further analysis of the results of multiple linear regressions, there are corresponding explanations and discussions which combined the literature review and related theories to enhancing the profit growth rate with cultivating professional farmers by paper’s study framework. Finally, the paper summarized the conclusions and described the expectations is needed to further study in the later time.
