The Research On The Satisfaction Degree Of Basic Medical Insurance For Urban And Rural Residents In Luancheng District, Shijiazhuang City

In January,2016,the State Council announced the elimination of the two yuan structure of urban and rural areas,and the integration of urban residents' medical insurance and new rural cooperative medical insurance.In March of the same year,Shijiazhuang has completed the integration of institutions and personnel,and conforms to the development trend of the integration of urban and rural areas.To investigate and discuss the satisfaction degree of the insured to the basic medical insurance system of urban and rural residents,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which is of great practical significance to further improve the medical insurance reform.Based on the data of 484 questionnaires in Luancheng District of Shijiazhuang Province,the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Descriptive statistics,oneway ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression were used to analyze the factors that influence the overall satisfaction.The results show that the insured people are more satisfied with the basic medical insurance system of urban and rural residents in Shijiazhuang.The demographic factors were not significant to the designated hospital job satisfaction in three dimensions of job satisfaction is lowest,the project designated hospitals is the lowest level of medical fees,are the major factors affecting medical conditions,facilities and technical level;degree of satisfaction is on the current medical insurance policy and its influencing factors including payment standards,deductibles set and the proportion of reimbursement,reimbursement and drug on the project scope,the current policy is the lowest satisfaction and drug reimbursement range,are the major factors affecting the pay line set of health insurance agencies;work satisfaction is relatively high,the influence factors including policy publicity,social security card,for the first time for the period service attitude,service ability,payment method and process of medical insurance,job satisfaction of the project is the lowest agency agency For the first time.For the period,the greatest impact is the payment method and process.The overall satisfaction of the insured persons can mark the first implementation of the medical insurance system of urban and rural residents in Shijiazhuang,which has preliminarily broken the structure of the two yuan division of urban and rural areas,and obtained the approval of the insured.The selection of insured persons is increased,while the equal medical insurance benefits are enjoyed at the same time,so as to achieve medical equity.
