Some studies suggest that state-controlled listed companies are more likely to have a redundancy situation,and the redundant employees affect the performance of state-owned enterprises is in the negative direction;Regarding the cause of the redundant employees in state-owned enterprises,scholars discuss the following two points: one is The result of government intervention in their decision-making to divert social objectives of stable employment,the second is The result of state-owned enterprise executives cater the government to realize the social objective of government in order to increase their own promotion possibility.But,how should we understand the phenomenon of redundant employees in private enterprises? Especially after the financial crisis,the total amount of the private enterprises obtain employment related benefits showed a arise,shows that the desire of private enterprises burden on the social objective of government have risen,government intervention and the principal-agent theory cannot give a satisfactory explanation.Will he negative impact of Redundant in state-owned enterprises be change along with situation? This paper will use social exchange theory to answer the question above,think after the financial crisis environment uncertainty increases,a certain amount of redundant employees in enterprises is also good,is embodied in: 1.The turbulent environment,redundant resources can make the enterprise survival,and human resources redundancy by enhancing enterprise stability and memory,prompting increased business performance;2.The redundant employees help enterprise obtain the government subsidies and other production resources.Through enterprise bear the redundant employees is helpful for the government to solve the employment problem,maintain social stability.After the financial crisis,the importance of government in employment goal assessment index level change will lead to alienation of exchange relationship between government and enterprises,and thus the redundant employees and a different impact on the relationship between the corporate performance.Based on the 2007-2015 a-share listed companies as samples,using the financial crisis as A natural experiment situation,the redundant employees before and after the financial crisis impact on the performance of enterprises of different ownership.This paper found that:(1)after the financial crisis enterprise bear policy burdens will help enterprises get more government subsidies;(2)after the financial crisis bear policy burdens will help enterprises obtain financing convenience;(3)after the financial crisis bear policy burdens performance than not bear policy burdens of enterprises are relatively good,the more significant in private enterprises.In this paper,the results of the study to expand the redundant employees impact on enterprise performance logic provides a new Angle of view,reveal the relationship between government and enterprises change after the financial crisis influence on effect of redundant employees,is of great significance for perfecting the government's economic development policy design.
