Innovation is a important guarantee to improve the national comprehensive national strength,is a strong support to increase the competitiveness of enterprises.Innovation has become the theme of the era.Innovation is very important both for the country and the organization.Employee's individual innovation performance is an important source of organizational innovation performance.Therefore,how to improve the employee's individual innovation performance has already become the focus of enterprise and scholars.what are the factors affecting employees' innovation performance?The question deserves in-depth discussion.This study adopts the method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis,from the perspective of social exchange,analysis the influence of employee-organization relationship on employees' innovation performance,and further introduct autonomous learning behavior and knowledge sharing as mediated variables for related research.First of all,through the collection and analysis of related literature at home and abroad.this article is on the basis of social exchange theory,leader-members exchange theory,autonomous learning theory and innovation theory,and combines with domestic and foreign research,then put forward the research hypothesis in this paper.Second.according to the collected questionnaire data and using the statistical software for descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and a series of analysis,this paper explores the influence of employee-organization relationship on employees' innovation performance.Finally,according to the results of hypothesis test,the study discusses and analysises the conclusion,and further proposes the corresponding management advice and research prospects.The results show that leader-members exchange and team-members exchange have significant positive influence on employee innovation performance;In addition,leader-members exchange and team-members exchange have significant positive influence on autonomous learning behavior.At the same time,autonomous learning behavior is acting completely mediating role between leader-members exchange relationship and employee innovation performance,and is acting partial mediating role between team-members exchange relationship and employee innovation performance.In addition,leader-members exchange and team-members exchange have significant positive influence on knowledge sharing.At the same time,knowledge sharing is acting completely mediating role between leader-members exchange relationship and employee innovation performance,and is acting partial mediating role between team-members exchange relationship and employee innovation performance.
