The Strategy Of Poverty Alleviation Of Featured Agricultural Industries In Napo County,Guangxi Province

Thriving industry is the foundation of the country's rural vitalization strategy that is currently being carried out,and developing specialty agriculture has play very important role at the battle against poverty in our country.Napo County is located at the border of China and Vietnam,and is considered to be one of the most of poverty-stricken areas in China.The environmental condition in Napo county is not desirable,due to its mountainous landscape and lack of farmable land.Additionally,years of draught and Stony Desertification significantly prevented agriculture development.However,Napo county also enjoys rich agricultural resources and unique atmospheric conditions,resulting in strong potential for developing specialty agriculture.In depth research in the strategy of developing specialty agriculture will go a long way in helping Napo country to build its own specialty agriculture and to help the rural residents out of poverty.This article adopts literature research,field investigation,case theory analysis and other research methods to analyze the relevant theoretical basis of poverty alleviation in featured industries.It is clarified that the agricultural industry plays an important role in promoting agricultural development,rural progress,and peasants' income increase in impoverished areas.It takes the four major industries of silkworm,Chinese herbal medicine,livestock and oil-tea camellia as the research object.At the same time,the article analyzed and studied the agricultural industry foundation,industrial layout and development status,and development advantages and disadvantages of Napo County.The agricultural industry development in Napo County has backward agricultural infrastructure,low participation of farmers and lack of self-development capacity,and agricultural industry.The technical service support system is not perfect,lacks the main body of new-type agricultural management,the scale of the industry is not large,and the industrial chain is not perfect.In view of the factors that restrict the development of Napo featured agricultural industries,this study proposes corresponding solutions and recommendations.According to Napo County's resource endowment conditions and industrial foundation,it will rationally arrange the featured agricultural industries,expand the advantages of silkworm,oil-tea camellia,and Chinese herbal medicine.Strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,the foundation of the development of the featured agricultural industries and strive to improve the poverty-stricken areas.The scientific and cultural qualities of the masses,increase their enthusiasm for participating in the industry,strengthen the cultivation of their own development abilities,inspire their endogenous driving force for poverty alleviation,build a sound technology service system,and provide technical support for the sustainable development of the featured agricultural industries.Collaborate on poverty alleviation mechanisms,effectively integrate resources for poverty alleviation,and promote the benefit-reducing benefits of featured agricultural industries.
