The three rural issues has been the biggest problem in the construction of a well-off society. To solve this problem, we should consider adjusting agricultural structure and promoting entrepreneurship for farmers. Strengthening entrepreneurship training for rural youths in underdeveloped border areas and promoting entrepreneurship will help the development of human resource effectively, bring a perpetual power to the development of country economy, promote the new countryside construction and the social harmonious development, and ensure social stability and national unity in border areas.By documentary analysis and research with questionnaire and accessing, the author studied the characteristics and the entrepreneurship of rural youths in Napo County. To reveal the characteristics of the rural youths in underdeveloped border areas, we investigated the education level, the employment situation, the entrepreneur intension, and the studying and training wishes in Napo County. Then, the author summarized their entrepreneurship status in training contents, training funds, training organization, training objects and training methods. We found many problems in their entrepreneurship training, follow as:(1) lack of training support and negative training situation;(2) immature training system and insignificant training effect;(3) weak entrepreneurial culture and inadequate training contents;(4) shortage of training teachers;(5) limitations of the rural youths.The author puts forward the countermeasures to improve the five problems of the rural youth’s entrepreneurship training in underdeveloped border areas. And we suggested several models for the entrepreneurial development of the rural youths in underdeveloped areas:firming the model of government leading, adopting the model of linkage training, starting the model of tracking support promoting the model of typical demonstration’training, exploring the model of cooperation in school and government.
