| Agricultural poverty alleviation industry is an important part of poverty alleviation and development.It is an important measure to optimize agricultural structure and promote agricultural modernization.It plays an important role in fighting poverty.Xingye County of Guangxi is located at the junction of Yulin City and Guigang City,which belongs to the key counties of poverty alleviation and development in the autonomous region.Xingye County is a subtropical monsoon climate with warm and humid climate,abundant light and heat,long frost-free period and abundant rainfall.The cultivated land area accounts for 23.05%of the total land area.There are 36 rivers with an area larger than 10 square kilometers in the river basin,which have the advantages of developing agricultural industry.However,because Xingye County is dominated by hilly and mountainous areas,its infrastructure is imperfect,and there are many poor people,which hinders the social and economic development of Xingye County.In-depth investigation and understanding of the current situation of the agricultural poverty alleviation industry in Xingye County and its development countermeasures are of great significance to the development of the agricultural poverty alleviation industry in Xingye County,to the promotion of poverty alleviation in Xingye County,and to the promotion of social and economic development.After field investigation and summary,the research results are as follows:(1)The current situation of agricultural poverty alleviation industry in Xingye County.The agricultural poverty alleviation industry in Xingye County is dominated by the traditional cultivation of high-quality rice,pig and poultry,involving 13 townships,with a large scale,but the three industries are greatly affected by natural disasters and the market,and the benefits are difficult to guarantee;other industries such as mushroom cultivation,crayfish breeding and agricultural product processing have developed in only a few townships and towns.And the scale is small,but driven by cooperatives,it develops rapidly and achieves quick results.(2)The main problems of agricultural poverty alleviation industry in Xingye County.Based on the study of the current situation of poverty alleviation industry in Xingye County,the mode of agricultural industry development and its advantages and disadvantages,this paper points out that there are some problems in the development of agricultural industry in Xingye County,such as the strong dependence of poor people on government support,the lack of motive force for the development of poor households themselves,the insufficient development of main bodies of emerging industries and the weak driving capacity.Poor subjects and enterprises lack perfect benefit linkage mechanism and win-win mechanism,agricultural technology service system is imperfect,lack of talents and technology and other issues.(3)Development countermeasures.In view of the strategic objectives and development ideas of the agricultural poverty alleviation industry in Xingye County,this paper combines the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the agricultural poverty alleviation industry in Xingye County,perfects the working mechanism and gives full play to the role of government leaders,optimizes the development environment,promotes the implementation of the agricultural poverty alleviation industry projects,formulates relevant policies,and supports the main body of agricultural industry management.Development;changing the concept of poor households,improving the ability of self-development of poor people;introducing talents and retaining labor force to improve the stamina of industrial development;broadening channels to promote the coordinated development of agricultural poverty alleviation industry;speeding up the development of e-commerce,improving the supporting system of agricultural poverty alleviation industry;and building a mechanism of interest linkage,to be sure.To ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. |
