The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Financial Development Are Based On Changtu County

China is a traditional country with rural economic development.The rural population structure and the level of its development have a direct impact on the progress of our society.In order to realize the construction of new socialist countryside and the modernization of agriculture,the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has become one of the important issue of China's economic development.In this paper,Changtu County which is directed managed by Liaoning government has its particularity in the rural financial development area;therefore,is chosen as the research sample.Based on the research of the development in rural economy and rural financial market in Changtu County,this paper,considering the successful experience of rural financial development research on inland and outland,finds out the main problems in the process of rural economic development,and suggests that Changtu County should intensify the innovation of rural financial institutions and the construction of rural insurance system,speed up the reform of rural credit cooperatives,make use of the"rural credit cooperatives" increasing the rural credit cooperatives and "Internet +"technology developing new rural financial markets,and optimize the rural financial development environment to provide further reference for the development of" Three Rural Issues " in the whole country.
